• Bring your own live band or a collection of your favorite music. Our abundant stereo system can handle your pick of CD's
• Our wine bar can be an "open bar" paid for by the host or a cash bar where guests can purchase their own wines

Bottling Line Party-

• The host chooses a favorite wine and the guests run the bottling line
• The bottling process is explained and demonstrated by the winemaker
• Special personalized labels can be provided to make the evening an unforgettable experience

Wine Tasting Party-

• Taste 8 specialized styles of wines
• Lite fare paring food, cheeses, crackers, and chocolates
• Winemaker provides detailed descriptions of the winemaking process and characteristics of each wine served
• Winemaker will discuss how to taste wines
• Winemaker will discuss how to select food for pairing
• Venue can be expanded to include a catered full paired meal served banquet style
